AllDocs Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of AllDocs - PDF & Document Tools, published under Ba2 Labs and operated by Batuhan Şahin.

These Terms are intended for users worldwide.
1. Acceptance
These Terms are shown to you when you first open AllDocs. By continuing, and by using AllDocs, you agree to them. When they change materially, you are shown them again. You can read them at any time under Settings → Legal.
How AllDocs handles personal data is explained in the AllDocs Privacy Policy, which is an information notice, not a contract you accept.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for using such services without parental consent.
3. Service
AllDocs may provide document scanning, PDF creation/viewing, OCR, searchable PDFs, annotations, signatures, page management, merging, cropping, watermarking, page numbering, conversion, compression, document organization, on-device document questions/comparison and cloud-assisted AI features.
Features may change over time.
4. Free and Plus
Free features include scanning, OCR, searchable PDFs, document import, organization, search, sharing, annotations, signatures, page management, PDF merge, crop/watermark/page numbers, on-device Ask Document and on-device Compare Documents. The free tier shows advertisements (Section 10).
Conversions and compression currently have a rolling seven-day allowance of 10 successful operations.
A free user may earn AI rights by watching rewarded advertisements: one right per advertisement, up to three per rolling seven days, usable only for operations that cost one right (a question, a selected-text operation or a comparison summary).
Plus currently includes unlimited conversions, higher-detail OCR, batch processing, no advertisements, and cloud-assisted AI with 200 AI rights per UTC calendar month and a monthly model budget of 3,000,000 input + 500,000 output tokens.
5. AI limits
Current charging rules:
- question/follow-up: 1 right;
- selected text: 1;
- comparison summary: 1;
- document-wide summary/main points:
max(pages/20, characters/60,000); - exam questions: same document-wide formula;
- flashcards: same;
- invoice/receipt extraction: same;
- important dates: same;
- translation:
max(pages/10, characters/30,000).
Current technical limits include 2,000 pages/document, 4,000 passages, 30,000 characters/request, 4,000 selected-text characters, 300 comparison changes, 48,000 characters/single AI call and 20 sections.
When the monthly token budget is reached, new AI work is refused until the next UTC month; work already started is completed.
6. AI rights and refunds
A successful AI operation consumes its applicable right, including a successful "not found" result.
A right is returned when an operation fails because of model timeout, output-limit/truncation failure, server error or an unfinished operation. A right earned from an advertisement is returned to your earned balance.
7. Earned rights
Earned rights are a free promotional feature. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and are credited only after Google's server confirms the advertisement was watched. Unspent earned rights are deleted with the account ("Delete all my data", or automatically after 12 months without use). We may change the number of rights an advertisement earns, the weekly limit or the operations they can be used for, or end the feature, without affecting rights already credited.
8. AI accuracy
AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are not professional legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice.
Where available, page/passage references help you verify results. You are responsible for reviewing important results.
If an AI answer or result is offensive, harmful or wrong, use its Report button to tell us without leaving the App. What a report contains and how long it is kept is explained in the Privacy Policy (Section 6.1).
9. User content
You remain responsible for the documents and content you process. You must have the necessary rights and permissions and must not use AllDocs to violate applicable law or another person's rights.
AllDocs does not claim ownership of your documents because you process them.
10. Advertising
Free users see Google AdMob advertisements: a banner on the main screens, a full-screen advertisement when leaving a document after working on it (at most once every three minutes), and, only if they choose to watch one, rewarded advertisements. Active Plus subscribers see no advertisements.
Where required, advertising consent is collected through Google's User Messaging Platform and can be changed in Settings → Ad privacy choices. Outside those regions, AllDocs requests non-personalized advertisements. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
11. Prohibited use
You must not use AllDocs for unlawful activity, infringement, bypassing quotas, subscription controls or advertisement verification, generating fake or automated advertisement views, interfering with security, gaining unauthorized access to another user's data, uploading malicious payloads, automated abuse or other activity prohibited by applicable law.
12. Subscriptions
Plus is an optional paid subscription. Payment is processed by Google Play, and Google Play's billing, cancellation and refund rules apply.
RevenueCat manages subscription status.
The price, billing period and offers displayed in Google Play at purchase apply to that purchase. By subscribing you confirm that you agree to these Terms; the subscription screen links to them and to the Privacy Policy. Users in Türkiye are asked for explicit consent to the transfer of their data abroad before buying or using Plus; without it, Plus cannot be bought or used (Privacy Policy, Section 16).
13. Account
AllDocs does not use a username/password account. An anonymous account is created when a cloud AI feature is first used or a rewarded advertisement is accepted. It uses randomly generated identifiers and does not require your name, email or telephone number. An account unused for 12 months is deleted automatically, unless a Plus subscription on it is active.
14. Privacy
The AllDocs Privacy Policy explains on-device processing, AI, advertising, third-party services, retention, deletion, international transfers and your privacy rights.
15. Third-party services
AllDocs relies on Google Play, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform, Google ML Kit, Cloudflare, Cloudflare Workers AI and RevenueCat.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
16. Availability
Features may be added, removed, modified or temporarily unavailable. Cloud AI and rewarded advertisements depend on external infrastructure and may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, capacity limits, advertisement availability, network conditions or provider changes.
17. Intellectual property
AllDocs, its software, interface, branding, original designs and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Batuhan Şahin / Ba2 Labs unless otherwise stated.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.
18. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with law, address security incidents, address payment issues or enforce these Terms.
19. Deletion
AllDocs provides document deletion plus Delete my AI data and Delete all my data. The Privacy Policy explains the scope of each.
20. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllDocs is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free OCR, perfect conversion fidelity or correct/complete AI output.
Nothing excludes a warranty, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Batuhan Şahin / Ba2 Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
This does not limit liability where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
22. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country may supplement or override parts of these Terms. Nothing here is intended to remove mandatory rights. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
23. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the App, pricing, features or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
24. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other mandatory laws applicable to you, Turkish law governs these Terms.
Where Turkish jurisdiction applies and no mandatory rule provides otherwise, the courts of Trabzon, Türkiye have jurisdiction.
