AllDocs AI Data Processing Notice

This notice explains how AllDocs handles document information when AI-related features are used. It supplements the AllDocs Privacy Policy.

1. Two processing paths
AllDocs has:
- on-device document intelligence; and
- cloud AI.
They are separate processing paths.
2. On-device Ask Document
Free Ask Document / Belgeye Sor runs on the device using a local document index and shows the passages that answer a question. Document content is not uploaded for this feature.
3. On-device Compare Documents
Free Compare Documents / Belgeleri Karşılaştır runs on the device.
If you additionally request an AI comparison summary, that is a separate cloud AI operation. It sends only the differing sections (up to 300 changes) and the two file names. Original files and page images are not sent.
4. Cloud AI
Cloud AI can write answers and follow-ups, summaries and main points, exam questions, flashcards, invoice/receipt extraction, important dates, translations, selected-text answers and comparison summaries.
It is available with Plus. Without Plus, a question, a selected-text operation or a comparison summary can be paid for with a right earned by watching a rewarded advertisement.
Current models, run on Cloudflare Workers AI:

5. What is uploaded
Document-wide jobs: the document's text, page by page.
Questions: the document's text is uploaded and indexed; the model receives the question, the most relevant passages and, for a follow-up, up to four earlier questions and answers of the same conversation.
Selected text: only the selected text, up to 4,000 characters.
Comparison summary: the differing sections, up to 300 changes, and the two file names.
Never uploaded: the original document file and page images.
6. Retention
Server-side document text, passages, search indexes, vectors and task data are deleted no later than 24 hours after upload, plus the cleanup interval (about five minutes).
They are deleted earlier when the document is deleted, an AI-data deletion control is used, or the document's text changes and is uploaded again.
Questions, answers, selected text and comparison differences are processed to serve the request and are not stored on the server.
Cloudflare states that it does not use customer content sent to Workers AI to train AI models or to improve Cloudflare or third-party services.
7. Local results
AI results are stored on the device so you can return to them: summaries, main points, exam questions, flashcards, translations, document information, extracted dates, questions and answers, and selected-text answers. They are deleted with the document.
8. AI rights
Plus includes 200 AI rights per UTC calendar month. Without Plus, one watched rewarded advertisement earns one right, up to three per rolling seven days, usable only for operations that cost one right.

9. Monthly token budget
Per account:
- 3,000,000 input tokens/month;
- 500,000 output tokens/month.
The budget resets with the UTC calendar month.
10. Technical limits
- document: ≤2,000 pages;
- passages: ≤4,000;
- request: ≤30,000 characters;
- selected text: ≤4,000 characters;
- comparison: ≤300 changes;
- single call: ≤48,000 characters;
- sectioned job: ≤20 sections.
11. Refund conditions
A successful operation consumes its right, including a successful "not found" result.
A right is returned after a timeout, an output-limit/truncation failure, a server error or an unfinished operation. An earned right goes back to the earned balance.
12. Accuracy
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Page/passage references are shown to help you check it. AI output is not professional advice.
Every AI answer and result has a Report button. A report is sent only if you send it; it contains the reason, your optional comment, your request and the output you report (which may include text from your document), is not linked to your account, and is deleted after 90 days.
13. Cloud infrastructure
Cloud AI runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which may process data outside your country (see "International transfers" in the Privacy Policy). Depending on the operation, Cloudflare processes document text, questions and conversation turns, selected text, comparison differences and file names, reports you send, anonymous account information and request metadata.
The AllDocs server does not write document text, questions or answers to its logs.
Users in Türkiye are asked for explicit consent to this transfer abroad before their first use of cloud AI (Privacy Policy, Section 16).
14. Anonymous account
An anonymous account is created the first time cloud AI is used or a rewarded advertisement is accepted. It uses a random UUID and token; only a SHA-256 hash of the token is stored on the server. No name, email or telephone number is required. An account unused for 12 months is deleted automatically, unless a Plus subscription on it is active.
15. Deleting AI data
Settings → Delete my AI data deletes all server-side document text and the AI results made from it.
Settings → Delete all my data additionally deletes the anonymous account, its subscription status, monthly counters, rewarded-view records, unspent earned rights and open temporary charge records.
Neither action deletes documents or results on your device.
